Hand-painted wooden tray

This lovely tray is carved from Indian pine and has a deep 7 cm lip, helping to keep precious teacups and pots safe and secure. Each tray is hand-made in India and painted with a striking red rim, and a delicate, geometric, floral shape in the centre of the well, surrounded by a bold red stripe with a decorative geometric pattern, all bordered by the lacquered wood with a red curly motif border. The tray measures 40 x 29 cm, and has four small rubber feet to keep it steady and to avoid scratching precious furniture when it is stood down. Combining a traditional Indian design with latest contemporary finish, this tray would look lovely at your diiner party or buffet
